These terms apply to the Pawrade Customer Referral Program. Pet Media, Inc. (“Company” or “We” or “Us” or “Our”) offers the Pawrade Customer Referral Program to our clients who are interested in qualifying for bonuses by referring friends and/or family to sign up and shop through www.pawrade.com. These Pawrade Customer Referral Program Terms govern the participation by members who refer (“Referrers”) and the Referees (as defined by the applicable bonus terms). Any capitalized term not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to it by the applicable incorporated terms.

1. General

This Pawrade Customer Referral Program is only open to members who reside and are located in the 50 United States and/or District of Columbia. These Pawrade  Customer Referral Program Terms are in conjunction with any agreements between you and Company, including all applicable Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy through PetPay. Inc., which you agreed to when finalizing your purchase, are hereby incorporated by reference, and shall apply to your participation in the Pawrade Customer Referral Program.

2. Pawrade Customer Referral Program Bonuses

2.1. Referral Bonus Terms for Referrer 

Referrers may qualify for Referral Bonus(es) according to the Referral Bonus Terms. The Referral Bonus Terms, which may change from time to time, are incorporated herein by reference.

*Offer may be modified or canceled anytime. 

You may qualify for a Referral Bonus more than one time. There are no limits to how much you may earn.  One Referral Bonus will be awarded per individual eligible Qualified Referral.

Qualify for a $100 Referral Bonus when anyone whom you refer (“Referee”) uses your unique code on or before the outlined expiration date (“Offer Period”) and makes a Qualifying Purchase(s) through pawrade.com. *Expirations will be determined as Quarterly, Semi-Annually, and Annually based on referral level.  New referral codes may be issued/extended at your request as expirations approach.

You and your Referee(s) must reside and be located in the 50 United States and/or District of Columbia and comply with the Pawrade Customer Referral Program Terms. 

Referral Bonus(es) will be issued to your supplied email address within 90 days of purchase, given that your Referee(s) are Qualified Referral(s) according to the Pawrade Customer Referral Program Terms. 

A Referee will not be a Qualified Referral if they cancel, dispute, or return their Qualifying Purchase, or if their purchase is found to be fraudulent, abusive, unethical, suspicious, or otherwise inconsistent with our Pawrade Customer Referral Program Terms.

2.2. Referral Bonus Terms for Referee

Referees may qualify for a Referral Bonus according to the Referral Bonus Terms. One Referral Bonus per eligible new customer. The Referral Bonus Terms, which may change from time to time, are incorporated herein by reference.

You and your referrer must reside and be located in the 50 United States and/or District of Columbia and comply with the Pawrade Customer Referral Program Terms. 

Referral Bonus will be issued,  to your supplied email address within 90 days of purchase, provided that you are a Qualified Referral according to the Pawrade Customer Referral Program Terms. You will not be a Qualified Referral if you cancel, dispute, or return your Qualifying Purchase, or if your purchase is found to be fraudulent, abusive, unethical, suspicious, or otherwise inconsistent with our Pawrade Customer Referral Program Terms.

5. Qualified Referrals

A “Qualified Referral” is a Referee who must:

  • Be a natural person (i.e., no businesses, legal entities, or pets) residing in and located in the 50 United States and/or District of Columbia;

  • Request for the Referral Bonus using a Referrer’s custom referral code or other method supplied by Company that allow for proper tracking of referrals prior to purchase;

  • Make Qualifying Purchase(s) on or before the outlined expiration date (“Offer Period”) according to the applicable bonus terms made available to you with your referral code, the Referral Page, or otherwise;

  • Consent to and comply with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy regarding your Qualifying Purchase(s); and

  • Be the individual who pays for the Qualifying Purchase.

6. Qualifying Purchase

A “Qualifying Purchase” is a purchase that must:

  • Complete payment and Reservation Agreement contract;

  • Complete all required identification processes;

  • Complete Transfer of Ownership form;

  • Complete picture documentation of ownership of puppy;

  • Be delivered;

  • Not be canceled, disputed, or returned; 

  • Not be a purchase found to be fraudulent, abusive, unethical, suspicious, or otherwise inconsistent with our Pawrade Customer Referral Program Terms.

7. Representations

By participating in the Pawrade Customer Referral Program, (i) as a Referrer, you represent and warrant that you have a personal relationship with your Referee(s) or otherwise have the necessary consents to submit their information to the Pawrade Customer Referral Program; and (ii) as a Referrer or Referee, you will comply with all applicable Company policies and terms, and any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations in your participation in the Pawrade Customer Referral Program.

8. Restrictions

The following is a non-exhaustive list of activities that are not permitted and that will disqualify Referrers and Referees from earning Pawrade Customer Referral Program Bonuses through the Pawrade Customer Referral Program: 

  • self-referral; 

  • making purchases on behalf of another or under a PetPay account that is not yours; 

  • creating fake accounts, blogs, web pages, profiles, websites, links or messages; 

  • any bulk email distribution, submission or distribution to strangers, or any other promotion that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam"; 

  • posting your referral link on any page that is not owned and controlled by you, including, but not limited to, any merchant, Facebook, or forum page, coupon site, review page; 

  • bidding on any keywords containing “PetPay” or “Pawrade” or “Pet Media” or common misspellings thereof, including, but not limited to, PetPay.com and Pawrade.com and PetMedia.com; 

  • placement of Our logos or mention of Our trademarks or trade names in any ad text, extensions or banner ads; 

  • paid advertising for the purpose of generating traffic directly to your referral link; 

  • misleading or attempting to mislead anyone in connection with the Pawrade Customer Referral Program, including, but not limited to, misrepresenting your relationship with us or posing as Our representative in an official capacity; 

  • accessing the Pawrade Customer Referral Program other than with a commercial browser (such as Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome) or mobile applications developed and operated by us; and 

  • taking any action or making any content that is disparaging or defamatory to us. Multiple accounts created with the same name, address, email address or other identifying feature may be flagged as fraudulent referrals.

9. Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to withhold, deny or cancel any Pawrade Customer Referral Program Bonuses and/or terminate your account if Company, in its sole discretion, deems any Pawrade Customer Referral Program Bonus as fraudulent, abusive, unethical, suspicious or otherwise inconsistent with these Pawrade Customer Referral Program Terms, the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, or any other applicable law or regulation. Our decisions are final.

10. Termination and Interpretation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Pawrade Customer Referral Program or to change these Pawrade Customer Referral Program Terms at any time and for any reason in Our sole discretion, with or without notice to you. All interpretations of these Pawrade Customer Referral Program Terms will be at Our sole discretion and Our decisions will be final.
